You will have been provided with 2 keys when you moved in. These keys are part of our Master Key high security system. These keys cannot be cut or replaced by any key cutters anywhere apart from through us.
Please do your best to not lose keys as replacement keys are £30 each which includes delivery.

There is no need for you to be at home as all our maintenance team have master keys for access.
All maintenance invoices will be paid directly to the maintenance person unless the fault or damage is a result of tenants negligence/breach of duties as per your Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Contracts
